Are there additional costs for travel, setup, or special requests?

No additional costs for service in Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties. Travel expenses may apply for other counties.

How long does it take you to set up and break down?

We need access to the venue an hour prior for set up and stay an hour after for pick up. You only pay for the hours of service.

Do you require access to electricity or water on-site?

We only require a 120V electrical outlet nearby and a tall garbage container.

Can you operate indoors as well as outdoors?

Yes, but we need to be under a tent or roof to protect the equipment from the elements.

Our services include whole and plant-based milks for all diets and palates.

What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

Full refund if cancelled a week or more before the date of the event.

How is your pricing structured?

Our prices are all-inclusive, so you get no surprises with the bill. We do not charge for our 1 hour pre-event set-up and 1 hour after-event disassembly time. You ONLY pay for the time that you’re drinking coffee.

  • Corporate weekdays charges: $150.00 (plus tax) per hour with a 3 hour minimum.
  • Nights and Weekends charges: $200.00 (plus tax) per hour with a 3 hour minimum.

What coffee beans do you use and where are they sourced from?

We use a Medium Roast blend, roasted with craftsmanship in Southern Italy to satisfy the true connoisseur

Do you require a deposit to book?

Yes, a 25% refundable deposit is required to book. Service must be paid in full a week prior to the event.

Do you carry liability insurance?

Yes, we are fully insured. If the venue requires to be named on the CLI, please provide the venue information and allow a week to request from the insurance company.

Can you customize the menu to fit our event theme?

We can match your theme with drink names, flavors, or presentation. For example: The “I Do” latte, Happily Ever After Cappuccino, The Executive Espresso, The Honor Roll Mocha, etc.
